Intermediate/Advanced Group Classes

Service Description

Monday - Thursday at 6:00-8:00 PM (Classes are 2 hours long) * 2 classes per week is the minimum attendance required to attend and learn the sport of fencing. * You can join this class with a recommendation from the coach after graduating from the beginner's level and mastering the required skills to attend this class. * Must own full electric personal gear. The following plans are available: Intermediate: $210 per month for 2 classes per week (8 classes per month) Intermediate+: $265 per month for 3 classes per week (12 classes per month) Unlimited: $355 per month - unlimited group classes per month + weekly private lessons 20 minutes each (up to 4 lessons/month) The modern Olympic sport requires fencers to be of the fittest of athletes and have levels of skills, which require many hours of dedicated training. In learning the skills of attacking and defending with either the fencing weapon, fencers develop good coordination, balance, and flexibility which makes fencing training an ideal means of keeping fit for all ages, sexes, and abilities. In our classes, we use Foil as a weapon. For the class: - Please bring a personal water bottle - Wear athletic attire (t-shirt, long pants, athletic shoes) - For long hair, please secure with hair tight/accessories to keep face and eyes open - Stay home if feel sick Registration and payment policy: - Please complete the registration online. - All students in this program will be enrolled in auto-pay. You may be canceled at any time when following the cancellation policy. - All payments will be scheduled to be processed on the 25th of each month. - No refunds will be issued. Cancellation policy: - You must request to cancel your auto-pay at least 10 days in advance before the next month's session. You must cancel on or before the 15th of a month to avoid being billed for the next month's session. Make-up class policy: - For the intermediate or intermediate+ plans: * A fencer is expected to attend the days selected. * If you need to make up for a missed class, you will be able to make up a class if space is available on different days. Please contact the coach to schedule your makeup. - For the Unlimited plan: * There will be no make-up. Fencing equipment - 2 options: 1) Rent equipment at $35/per month 2) Buy personal gear. Cancellation Policy

Registration and payment policy: - Please complete the registration online. - All students in this program will be enrolled in auto-pay. You may be canceled at any time when following the cancellation policy. - All payments will be scheduled to be processed on the 25th of each month. - No refunds. Cancellation policy: - You must request to cancel your auto-pay on or before the 15th of a month to avoid being billed for the next month session. Make-up class policy: - For the intermediate or intermediate+ plans: * A fencer is expected to attend the days selected. * If you need to make up for a missed class, you will be able to make up a class if space is available on different days. Fencing equipment: All new fencers get a trial period and will be provided with fencing gear free of charge for the first two months. After the trial period, fencers have 2 options: 1) Rent equipment at $35/per month 2) Buy personal gear.
